“I have lower back pain. Off and on for a few years. And there’s a big correlation. When the core strength isn’t there the back problems reappear. When I workout, I feel better with everything. My brain. My body. My spirits. It’s such a no brainer that I continue to neglect. I would like to take my health more serious. I would like to workout 5 times a week. I don’t feel like I’ve had the benefits I know I could. I’ve never felt the runners high and I want to. I think that it’s more than just being fit. I think it’s like a saving grace for consistency in my life. I have a difficult time maintaining consistency.”
