“I’ve been a flight attendant for 3 years. Consistency is really hard. I’m on a plane for 8 hours a day. Sometimes I forget to pack a meal or a healthy snack. Some mornings I check in at 6 am so I’ll miss breakfast. On my last flight, I brought my roller blades because I knew I would be flying to a sunny place with trails. A lot of the hotels we stay at have workout rooms so I’ll utilize those. I’ll bring my iPod and do 8 minute abs on my hotel floor if I have to. When I’m on the ground, I always like to be doing something. It’s my personality. I’m a mover and a shaker.”
