“I try to get everything out of everything I do. I don’t workout as much as I used to, but I do everyday things. The other day I was pressure washing my house. I was using my full body. I was lifting the pressure washer up to hit all my muscle groups. I’m working out while doing everyday tasks. I tattoo for 3 hour chunks at a time with no breaks. I’ve been tattooing standing up lately. I’ll jack my table way up, and I’ll tattoo standing up. I’ll be playing tetherball by myself and I’ll be practicing balance. I’ll use my elbows. I incorporate everything. I use precision. I like being in balance. It’s muscle control. If you can breathe all the way in and all the way out and still stay balanced, it’s working your body out. It’s a full body workout to me. I’ve come to understand that. When we went to Hawaii I was doing a lot of core work. A lot of stretching and meditating. Wherever I am in life, I make do with what I have. My health is more about feeling good. It’s based on how everybody else is around me. I try having a really good attitude and making sure everyone else in my life is feeling good too. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. A body in motion stays in motion. I’m excited about getting older. With age comes wisdom and understanding, and understanding the balance of the mind and body is key to enjoying the fruits of success!”
